Last Christmas Delivery: Orders placed by midnight on Thursday, December 19th, 2024, will be dispatched on Friday, December 20th, 2024.

Post-Christmas Dispatch: Orders placed on or after Friday, December 20th, 2024, will be dispatched on or after Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.

Office Closure: Our office will be closed from Monday, December 23rd, 2024, to Wednesday, January 1st, 2025. We will not be able to respond to emails or calls during this time.

The office and warehouse will reopen on Thursday, 2nd of January 2025.

Extended Returns Policy: For orders received after Tuesday, December 10th, 2024, returns will be accepted until Friday, January 10th, 2025. Any orders that fall outside these dates, our standard returns policy applies.
